Roger is the Chairman of the Board and offers his decades of experience to the operation.

Over his long career, Roger has held many positions on different boards and leadership roles in several organizations.  This includes 25 years on the local school board, several years on the SD Wheat Board, and various leadership roles at his church.  

His education in Agronomy with his lifetime of experience in farming provides him with a wealth of knowledge that keeps the operation on the cutting edge.

Grant is the president and operations manager.

After completing his degree in Agronomy, Grant worked for a major seed producer in its corn breeding division before returning to the farm.  Grant's expertise in plant science gives him the unique ability to understand how all areas of the farm affect one another.

He is active in the community and serves on several boards, including the local school board, promoting SD agriculture as the president of the Corn Utilization Council, and graduate of The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP).

In his spare time Grant likes to fish, spend time with his family, and work on different household projects.

Jarrett is a partner of the operation.  Jarrett is responsible for business management.

After studying Engineering and Construction Management, Jarrett spent several years managing large construction projects around the country, ranging from a reservoir in the Florida Everglades, to bridges in Arizona, and solar farms in California.  During that time, he completed his MBA. Jarrett brings his analysis experience and business expertise to the farm.  

Since returning to the farm, Jarrett has been active in the community serving on the board for Habitat for Humanity and is a committee member for the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce.  He's also a member of the Board of Directors for the Aberdeen Regional Airport, and a member of the Advisory Council for Dakota Resources working on rural economic development.  He's a member of SDARL (class XI), and a graduate of TEPAP.
